William Moreno Jr. High School has evolved into an organizational structure characterized by centralized decision-making augmented by formal and informal staff acess and ad hoc committees specific to issues. The goal of the administrative staff is to emphasize staff participation in decision-making through participatory involvenment at all levels of the strategic planning and change process.
