Pathway to Keeping  CUSD Solvent

Calexico Unified School District recognizes that these are very difficult times.  We have to begin work now on the 2012-13 budgets.  By engaging in the problem solving process and to promote transparency and participation, with staff, parents, students and community, we can develop solutions together that best serve our School District. 

We invite you to come and share your input and ideas with us on

Open to the public

 

A brief presentation on the general fund operational deficit will be made.  Then we will breakout for small group workshops.

 

Two Questions we will be discussing:

1.  How can the District save enough money to remain solvent without cutting personnel?

2.  What changes would you like to see made in the Calexico Unified Schools and District?
